Every trade eventually hits the same wall. The plastering is done, the screed is down, the leak is fixed – and now you are stood in a cold, damp shell waiting for the building to dry so you can get second fix in and get paid. Open windows and a fan will get you so far. In a British autumn, so far is not very far.
A building dehumidifier turns that dead time into a day or two instead of a fortnight.
